At its ninety-fifth session, the Working Party on Road Transport (SC.1) decided to reconvene the Ad hoc Working Group on the Revision of the AETR in order to review all proposed amendments to the Agreement, including those dealing with the incorporation of the digital tachograph, and to pay particular attention to their consistency in legal terms, if necessary proposing further changes.

À sa quatre‐vingt‐quinzième session, le Groupe de travail des transports routiers (SC.1) a décidé de réunir à nouveau le Groupe de travail spécial sur la révision de l’AETR en vue de revoir tous les amendements proposés à l’Accord, notamment ceux qui portent sur l’inclusion du tachygraphe numérique, et de veiller tout particulièrement à leur cohérence sur le plan juridique en proposant, si nécessaire, de nouvelles modifications.

На своей девяносто пятой сессии Рабочая группа по автомобильному транспорту (SC.1) решила вновь созвать Специальную рабочую группу по пересмотру ЕСТР, чтобы рассмотреть все предлагаемые поправки к этому Соглашению, в том числе поправки, касающиеся включения положений о цифровом тахографе, и обратить особое внимание на их юридическое соответствие, при необходимости предложив дополнительные изменения.
