وفيما يتعلق بالمقتضيات المقررة المتعلقة بإبلاغ المنظمات المشاركة في ترتيبات تقاسم التكاليف، فإن إدارة شؤون السلامة والأمن ستقدم تقارير دورية عن هيكل الوظائف المشتركة التمويل وتوزيعها، مع الإشارة إلى المهام الموازية لها وإلى حالة شغلها، وستعمل على استكمال هذه المعلومات بشكل منتظم.

Regarding the reporting requirements foreseen for the benefit of the organizations participating in the cost-sharing arrangements, the Department of Safety and Security would provide periodic reports on the structure and distribution of jointly financed posts, with corresponding functions, and the status of their incumbency, and update such information on a regular basis.
