7-5 وأما بالنسبة للانتهاكات المزعومة للمادتين 12 و13 من الاتفاقية بشأن عدم إجراء الدولة الطرف لتحقيق سريع ومستقل وحقيقي في مزاعم التعذيب، فإن اللجنة تحيط علماً بادعاءات مقدم الشكوى المتمثلة في أنه قال، خلال مثوله أمام القضاة، إنه تعرض للتعذيب، ولكن لم يتخذ القضاة أي إجراء حيال هذا الأمر.

7.5 As for the alleged violations of articles 12 and 13 of the Convention regarding the State party’s failure to conduct a prompt, independent and diligent investigation into the allegations of torture, the Committee takes note of the complainant’s claims that, during his appearances before the judges, he said he had been tortured, but the judges took no action over this.

7.5 Относительно предполагаемых нарушений статей 12 и 13 Конвенции в связи с отсутствием оперативного, независимого и эффективного расследования со стороны государства-участника в отношении утверждений о пытках Комитет принимает к сведению утверждения заявителя о том, что во время дачи показаний следователям он сообщал о пытках, но те не приняли никаких мер в этой связи.
