وأشار أفراد أسرة السيد دوميتراش الذين تعرفوا على جثته إلى أنها كانت تحمل علامات الضرب المبرح، وكسر في الساق، وإصابات في البطن، وعلامات حرق في الصدر، بما لا يتسق مع المعلومات التي قدمتها الشرطة؛

Dumitrache who identified the body reportedly indicated that it showed signs of severe beating, a broken leg, injuries to the abdomen and burn marks on the chest, which were not consistent with the information provided by the police;
