While noting that the State party has established an information system for childhood (SIPI), as part of the Uruguayan Institute for Children and Adolescents, as well as the Comprehensive Information System on the Social Area, the Committee is concerned that there are many inconsistencies and gaps in relation to data collection, particularly in the fields of health, juvenile justice, violence and abuse, disability, and concerning children without parental care and those of African descent.

Si bien toma nota de que el Estado parte ha establecido el Sistema de Información para la Infancia (SIPI) en el marco del Instituto del Niño y del Adolescente del Uruguay, así como el Sistema Integrado de Información sobre el Área Social, el Comité considera preocupante que haya muchas incoherencias y lagunas respecto de la reunión de datos, en particular en las esferas de la salud, la justicia juvenil, la violencia y los malos tratos y la discapacidad, y en lo que concierne a los niños privados del cuidado de sus padres y los niños afrodescendientes.

Le Comité note que l’État partie a établi un système d’information pour l’enfance, qui relève de l’Institut uruguayen pour l’enfance et l’adolescence, ainsi qu’un système global d’information dans le domaine social, mais est préoccupé par les nombreuses incohérences et lacunes en matière de collecte de données, en particulier dans les domaines de la santé, de la justice pour mineurs, des violences et sévices et du handicap et en ce qui concerne les enfants privés de soins parentaux et les enfants d’ascendance africaine.

Отмечая, что государство-участник создало информационную систему по детству (СИПИ) при Институте по делам детей и подростков Уругвая, а также всеобъемлющую информационную систему по социальной сфере, Комитет выражает озабоченность, что существует много несоответствий и пробелов в процедуре сбора данных, в частности, по здравоохранению, правосудию в отношении несовершеннолетних, насилию и злоупотреблениям, инвалидности, а также данных о детях, лишенных родительского ухода, и детях африканского происхождения.
