تطالب إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بالامتثال التام لأحكام اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949(7) وبالوقف الفوري لجميع التدابير والإجراءات المتخذة انتهاكا للاتفاقية وخرقا لها، بما في ذلك جميع أنشطتها الاستيطانية وتشييد الجدار في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما في ذلك في القدس الشرقية وحولها، وكذلك عمليات الإعدام خارج نطاق القانون؛

Demands that Israel, the occupying Power, comply fully with the provisions of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 19497 and cease immediately all measures and actions taken in violation and in breach of the Convention, including all of its settlement activities and the construction of the wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem, as well as the extrajudicial executions;
