ومن الجدير بالذكر أن الاحتياجات التنفيذية للعملية الانتخابية ستحد من قدرة البعثة على تقديم المساعدة اللوجستية أو الأمنية للمراقبين، وسيكون من اللازم توفير المساعدة الثنائية.
