تحث حكومة أفغانستان على القيام، بمساعدة من المجتمع الدولي، بتشجيع تنمية سبل العيش المستدامة في قطاع الإنتاج النظامي وغيره من القطاعات وعلى تيسير الحصول على قروض وتمويلات معقولة ومستدامة في المناطق الريفية، وبالتالي إدخال تحسينات نوعية ملموسة في حياة الناس وصحتهم وأمنهم، لا سيما في المناطق الريفية؛

legt der Regierung Afghanistans eindringlich nahe, mit Unterstützung durch die internationale Gemeinschaft die Schaffung von dauerhaften Erwerbsmöglichkeiten im formellen Produktionssektor sowie in anderen Sektoren zu fördern und in ländlichen Gebieten den Zugang zu Krediten und Finanzmitteln zu vernünftigen und tragfähigen Konditionen zu verbessern und so die Lebensbedingungen, die Gesundheit und die Sicherheit der Menschen, insbesondere in ländlichen Gebieten, wesentlich zu verbessern;

Urges the Government of Afghanistan, assisted by the international community, to promote the development of sustainable livelihoods in the formal production sector, as well as in other sectors, and to improve access to reasonable and sustainable credit and financing in rural areas, thus improving substantially the lives, health and security of the people, particularly in rural areas;

Insta al Gobierno del Afganistán a que, con la asistencia de la comunidad internacional, promueva el desarrollo de medios de vida sostenibles en el sector regulado de la producción, así como en otros sectores, y mejore el acceso al crédito y la financiación, en condiciones razonables y sostenibles, en las zonas rurales, con lo cual mejorarán considerablemente las condiciones de vida, salud y seguridad de las personas, particularmente en las zonas rurales;

Demande instamment au Gouvernement afghan, aidé en cela par la communauté internationale, d’encourager le développement de moyens de subsistance durables dans le secteur de production structuré et dans d’autres secteurs et d’ouvrir davantage l’accès au crédit et au financement dans des conditions raisonnables et viables en milieu rural, ce qui y améliorerait notablement les conditions de vie, la santé et la sécurité des populations ;

настоятельно призывает правительство Афганистана, опираясь на поддержку международного сообщества, содействовать созданию постоянных источников дохода в официальном производственном секторе, а также в других секторах и расширить доступ к разумным и постоянным кредитно-финансовым механизмам в сельских районах, значительно улучшая тем самым жизнь, здоровье и безопасность людей, особенно в сельских районах;
