In addition to the social protection measures afforded to all persons with disabilities, under the Federal Act on Compulsory Social Insurance against Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases, persons who are disabled as a result of an injury at work are provided with one-off and monthly payments in compensation for the damage to their health, depending on the extent of the loss of earnings; the Act also covers a range of effective rehabilitation measures.

Además de las medidas de protección social previstas para todas las personas con discapacidad, la Ley Federal de Seguro Social Obligatorio de Accidentes Laborales y Profesionales establece que las personas con una discapacidad debida a una mutilación laboral tienen derecho a subvenciones únicas y mensuales para la indemnización por los daños provocados a la salud, dependiendo del volumen de la pérdida de ingresos, así como una serie de medidas efectivas para la rehabilitación de los damnificados.

В дополнение к мерам социальной защиты, предусмотренным для всех инвалидов, Федеральным законом "Об обязательном социальном страховании от несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний" инвалидам вследствие трудового увечья предусмотрены единовременные и ежемесячные выплаты в возмещение вреда здоровью, зависящие от размера утраченного заработка, а также целый ряд эффективных мер по реабилитации пострадавших.
