Looking today at the Amnesty International report on Morocco, which is still hot from the press, I note a large number of human rights infringements in that country. The Commission must be quite clear in its policy towards Morocco, a country with which we have concluded a whole series of agreements in the tourism and fisheries sectors, on how it wishes to see this right of self-determination enforced, and what pressure we can bring to bear.
