In order to promote this programme, the Indian side agreed to establish an implementation framework by PCRA and concerned industrial associations, while the Japanese side confirmed its continued cooperation through the dispatch of experts and the provision of training programmes.

इस कार्यक्रम को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भारतीय पक्ष ने पीसीआरए और अन्य सम्बन्धित औद्योगिक संघों द्वारा एक कार्यान्वयन रूपरेखा की स्थापना किए जाने पर सहमति व्यक्त की, जबकि जापानी पक्ष ने विशेषज्ञों की तैनाती तथा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों का प्रावधान किए जाने के जरिए सहयोग जारी रखने की पुष्टि की।
