At the same meeting, the agenda was adopted as follows, with agenda sub-item 4(a) held in abeyance, and on the understanding that the issue of membership on the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE), referred to the SBI by the Conference of the Parties (COP), would be considered under agenda item 20 (“Other matters”):
