If no appeal against this notice is lodged by the workers’ union with the local court of law having jurisdiction in labour matters within six working days, the notice shall become final.

Si el sindicato de trabajadores no impugna dicha notificación ante el tribunal local competente en cuestiones laborales dentro del plazo de seis días hábiles, la notificación pasará a tener carácter definitivo.

Si aucun recours contre cet avis n’est présenté par le syndicat devant le tribunal du travail local compétent dans le délai de six jours ouvrables, l’avis devient définitif.
