تلاحظ اللجنة بارتياح أن الدولة الطرف صدقت على ثلاث من معاهدات الأمم المتحدة الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان، إلى جانب اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، وهي اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، واتفاقية القضاء عل جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، واتفاقية حقوق الطفل والبروتوكول الملحق به المتعلق ببيع الأطفال، وبغاء الأطفال واستغلالهم في المواد الإباحية.

The Committee notes with satisfaction that the State party, in addition to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, has ratified three of the core United Nations human rights treaties, namely the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocol on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.

El Comité observa con satisfacción que el Estado Parte ha ratificado, además de la Convención Internacional sobre la Eliminación de todas las Formas de Discriminación Racial, tres de los instrumentos de derechos humanos más importantes de las Naciones Unidas, a saber, la Convención contra la Tortura y Otros Tratos o Penas Crueles, Inhumanos o Degradantes, la Convención sobre la eliminación de todas las formas de discriminación contra la mujer, y la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño y su Protocolo Facultativo relativo a la venta de niños, la prostitución infantil y la utilización de niños en la pornografía.

Le Comité note avec satisfaction qu’outre la Convention internationale sur l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination raciale l’État partie a ratifié trois des principaux instruments des Nations Unies relatifs aux droits de l’homme, à savoir la Convention contre la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants, la Convention sur l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l’égard des femmes et la Convention relative aux droits de l’enfant et son Protocole facultatif concernant la vente d’enfants, la prostitution des enfants et la pornographie mettant en scène des enfants.

委员会满意地注意到,缔约国除了批准《消除一切形式种族歧视国际公约》以外,还批准了三个联合国的核心人权条约,即《禁止酷刑和其他残忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇或处罚公约》、《消除对妇女一切形式歧视公约》和《儿童权利公约》及其《关于买卖儿童、儿童卖淫和儿童色情制品的任择议定书》。
