It added that the FOB and CIF prices used by the applicant are not a reliable indicator. The term FOB refers to the price of the product as it is loaded onto a ship and does not include any of the subsequent costs of transport, while float glass is sold on a delivered basis whereby the cost of transport is borne by the producer.
