(2) Hängt die Anwendung einer Gemeinschaftsvorschrift auf dem Gebiet der Wareneinfuhr, der Warenausfuhr oder des innergemeinschaftlichen Warenverkehrs von dem Nachweis ab, dass die betreffenden Waren der in dieser Maßnahme vorgesehenen oder vorgeschriebenen Verwendung und/oder Bestimmung zugeführt worden sind, so ist dieser Nachweis durch die Vorlage eines gemäß den Bestimmungen dieses Teils ausgestellten und verwendeten Kontrollexemplars T5 zu erbringen.

2. Where application of Community rules concerning goods imported into, exported from, or moving within the customs territory of the Community is subject to proof of compliance with ►C6 the conditions provided for or prescribed by that measure ◄ for the use and/or destination of the goods, such proof shall be furnished by production of a T5 control copy, completed and used in accordance with the provisions of this part.

(2) Ha a Közösség vámterületére történő árubehozatallal, árukivitellel vagy a Közösségen belüli áruforgalommal kapcsolatos szabályok előírják annak igazolását, hogy az áruk ezen szabályok szerinti felhasználására és/vagy rendeltetésére sor került, az igazolás e rész rendelkezései szerint kitöltött és felhasznált T5 ellenőrző példány bemutatásával történik.

(2) Atunci când aplicarea reglementărilor comunitare privind mărfurile importate în, exportate din sau circulând în interiorul teritoriului vamal comunitar trebuie să fie conformă cu condițiile prevăzute sau prescrise de măsura respectivă privind folosirea și/sau destinația mărfurilor, dovada în acest sens se prezintă sub forma unui exemplar de control T5, completat și folosit în conformitate cu dispozițiile cuprinse în această parte.
