Den Kommission, der blev udtænkt - det vil sige Kommissionen som centrum og drivkraft for fællesskabsmetoden - eksisterer ikke længere, og hvis ikke vi ændrer Europas opbygning radikalt, vil vi i stadig større grad se Kommissionen som et sekretariat for Rådet.
