يجب أن تفيد السلطات الحكومية عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني أو الفاكس أو أي طريقة أخرى يتفق عليها بتسلمها للبيان خلال ثلاثة أيام أو خلال أي فترة زمنية أخرى يتفق عليها ويجب أن ترسل هذه الإفادة للدول المعنية وللمصدر والمستورد.

The Governmental Authorities should acknowledge by e-mail, fax or other agreed method the receipt of the Statement within the three calendar days, or other agreed time period, and should send that acknowledgement to the States concerned and to the exporter and the importer.

Las autoridades gubernamentales deberán, mediante correo electrónico, fax u otro método convenido, acusar recibo de la Declaración antes de transcurridos tres días civiles, u otro período convenido, y deberán enviar dicho reconocimiento a los Estados interesados y al exportador y el importador.

Les autorités gouvernementales doivent, dans les trois jours qui suivent la remise de la Déclaration ou un autre délai convenu, confirmer à l’exportateur, par courrier électronique, fax ou toute autre méthode agréée, que le document en question a été reçu et envoyer une copie de l’accusé de réception aux États concernés ainsi qu’à l’importateur.
