أوصت منظمة العفو الدولية بأن يصدق السودان على اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة والبروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بها؛ وعلى بروتوكول الميثاق الأفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب بشأن حقوق المرأة في أفريقيا؛ والبروتوكول الاختياري الثاني للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية؛ واتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة؛ والاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري، والموافقة على اختصاصات اللجنة بموجب المادتين 31 و32 من الاتفاقية(2).

Amnesty International (AI) recommended that the Sudan ratify the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and its Optional Protocol; the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the Rights of Women in Africa; the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR-OP2); the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT); and the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance and accept the competence of the Committee under articles 31 and 32.

Amnesty International recommande au Soudan de ratifier la Convention sur l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l’égard des femmes et son Protocole facultatif; le Protocole à la Charte africaine des droits de l’homme et des peuples relatif aux droits de la femme en Afrique; le deuxième Protocole facultatif se rapportant au Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques, visant à abolir la peine de mort; la Convention contre la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants; enfin la Convention internationale pour la protection de toutes les personnes contre les disparitions forcées. L’Organisation lui a recommandé aussi de reconnaître la compétence du Comité des disparitions forcées conformément aux articles 31 et 32 de cette dernière Convention.

Организация "Международная амнистия" (МА) рекомендовала Судану ратифицировать Конвенцию о ликвидации всех форм дискриминации в отношении женщин (КЛДЖ) и Факультативный протокол к ней; Протокол к Африканской хартии прав человека и народов, касающийся прав женщин в Африке; второй Факультативный протокол к Международному пакту о гражданских и политических правах (МПГПП-ФП2); Конвенцию против пыток и других жестоких, бесчеловечных или унижающих достоинство видов обращения и наказания (КПП); а также Международную конвенцию для защиты всех лиц от насильственных исчезновений и признать компетенцию Комитета в соответствии со статьями 31 и 32 .
