والوسائل المذكورة في المادة 3 (ب) مدرجة في المادة 3 (أ)، وهي كالتالي: "التهديد بالقوة أو استعمالها أو غير ذلك من أشكال القسر أو الاختطاف أو الاحتيال أو الخداع أو استغلال السلطة أو استغلال حالة استضعاف، أو بإعطاء أو تلقي مبالغ مالية أو مزايا لنيل موافقة شخص له سيطرة على شخص آخر لغرض الاستغلال".

The means mentioned in article 3 (b) are enumerated in article 3 (a) as follows: “the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation”.
