The fitting device for refrigerant of the present invention basically comprises a connection element having connection screw parts formed on both sides of the outer periphery, and a 1st inclined stage, a 1st horizontal stage and a central stage formed on the inner periphery, a nut element screw-coupled with the connection element, a back ferrule element (30) inserted into the nut element and positioned between the nut element and the connection element, and a seat (40) mounted to the inner periphery of the connection element between the 1st horizontal stage and the central stage.
