The parties undertake to carry out the award without delay. Insofar as such waiver can be validly made, the parties shall be deemed to have waived their right to any form of appeal, review or recourse to any court or other competent authority, save for their right to apply for setting aside an award, which may be waived only if the parties so agree

Las partes se comprometen a cumplir el laudo sin demora y se considerará que las partes han renunciado a su derecho a cualquier tipo de apelación, revisión o recurso ante cualquier tribunal o autoridad competente, siempre que dicha renuncia pueda ser válidamente realizada y a reserva de su derecho a interponer una petición de nulidad, derecho al que sólo se podrá renunciar si las partes así lo acuerdan
