وتم الاتفاق على إيفاد فريق متعدد التخصصات بقيادة الحكومة إلى أوغندا بهدف التعجيل بعملية إعادة العناصر السابقة في حركة 23 آذار/مارس وأسلحتهم إلى وطنهم واختتام هذه العملية.
