V první části by měl být uveden seznam produktů rostlinného a živočišného původu, na něž se použijí MLR, a v druhé části by měl být uveden seznam ostatních produktů, na něž se použijí tytéž MLR, jak je uvedeno v čl. 2 odst. 1 nařízení (ES) č. 396/2005.

In the interest of clarity, the structure of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 should be modified by dividing that Annex into two parts. The first part should list the products of plant and animal origin to which MRLs apply, while the second part should list the other products to which the same MRLs apply, as referred to in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.
