Nach dem 5. postoperativen Tag werden Eiweißzylinder in der sogenannten Innenschicht nachweisbar; gleichzeitig kommt es zu einer Zunahme der Proteinurie (lympho-tubuläre Fisteln?), welche am 11. postoperativen Tag ihr Maximum erreicht, um dann allmählich abzuklingen.

By the 8th day all tubules of the renal cortex are vacuolated. After the 5th day protein casts are found in the outer medulla; in the following days these casts descend into the collecting tubules and appear in the urine.
