تشدد على ضرورة بذل مزيد من الجهود لتعزيز ثقافة قوامها السلامة والأمن في قطاع النقل البحري ولمعالجة النقص في الموظفين المدربين تدريبا كافيا، وتحث على إنشاء مزيد من المراكز لتوفير ما يلزم من تعليم وتدريب؛

Emphasizes the need for further efforts to promote a culture of safety and security in the shipping industry and to address the shortage of adequately trained personnel, and urges the establishment of more centres to provide the required education and training;
