نفذت آيسلندا التزاماتها بموجب اتفاق تطبيق ما تضمنته اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة # كانون الأول/ديسمبر # من أحكام بشأن حفظ وإدارة الأرصدة السمكية المتداخلة المناطق والأرصدة السمكية الكثيرة الارتحال (اتفاق الأمم المتحدة بشأن الأرصدة السمكية)، وذلك من خلال سن قانون شامل يتعلق بمصائد الأسماك سواء داخل المناطق الواقعة داخل حدود ولايتها الوطنية أو خارجها، والمشاركة بفعالية في أعمال المنظمات الإقليمية المعنية لإدارة مصائد الأسماك، وإنفاذ القواعد والالتزامات ذات الصلة بصورة فعالة، والمساهمة في صندوق المساعدة المنشأ بموجب الجزء السابع من اتفاق الأمم المتحدة بشأن الأرصدة السمكية

Iceland has implemented its obligations under the Agreement for the Implementation of the Provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of # ecember # relating to the Conservation and Management of Straddling Fish Stocks and Highly Migratory Fish Stocks (the UN Fish Stocks Agreement), through enacting comprehensive legislation relating to fisheries both within and beyond areas under its national jurisdiction, by participating actively in the work of relevant regional fisheries management organizations (RFMOs), by enforcing the relevant rules and commitments in an effective manner and by contributing to the Assistance Fund under Part # of the UN Fish Stocks Agreement

Pour s'acquitter des obligations qui lui incombent au titre de l'Accord aux fins de l'application des dispositions de la Convention des Nations Unies sur le droit de la mer du # décembre # relatives à la conservation et à la gestion des stocks de poissons dont les déplacements s'effectuent tant à l'intérieur qu'au-delà de zones économiques exclusives (stocks chevauchants) et des stocks de poissons grands migrateurs, l'Islande a promulgué une législation complète sur les pêcheries situées tant à l'intérieur qu'au-delà des zones relevant de la juridiction nationale, participe activement aux travaux des organisations régionales de gestion des pêches, veille à l'application effective des règlements et engagements pertinents et contribue au Fonds d'assistance au titre de la partie # de l'Accord sur les stocks de poissons

冰岛已履行《执行 # 年 # 月 # 日〈联合国海洋法公约〉有关养护和管理跨界鱼类种群和高度洄游鱼类种群的规定的协定》(《联合国鱼类种群协定》)规定的各项义务,颁布与本国管辖范围内外的渔业有关的全面立法,积极参与相关区域渔业管理组织的工作,以有效方式执行有关的规则和承诺,以及捐助《联合国鱼类种群协定》第七部分所设援助基金。
