(3) Die Kommission kann den Zentralverwalter anweisen, die Übertragung von in einer Auktionstabelle angegebenen Zertifikaten auszusetzen, wenn sie erfährt, dass die Auktionsplattform eine notwendige Änderung der Auktionstabelle nicht mitgeteilt hat.

3. The Commission may instruct the central administrator to suspend the transfer of allowances as specified in an auction table if it becomes aware of a necessary amendment to the auction table that the auction platform has failed to notify.
