تشجع المقرر الخاص على القيام، وفقاً للولاية المسندة إليه، وبدعم وعون من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، بمواصلة تهيئة فرصة مناسبة للحكومات لكي ترد على المزاعم التي وردت إليه وعبر عنها في تقريره، وإيراد ملاحظات تلك الحكومات في تقريره إلى اللجنة؛

Encourages the Special Rapporteur, in accordance with his mandate and with the support and assistance of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, to continue to provide Governments with an appropriate opportunity to respond to allegations transmitted to him and reflected in his report, and to have their observations reflected in his report to the Commission;

Alienta al Relator Especial a que, de conformidad con su mandato y con la asistencia y el apoyo de la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos, continúe ofreciendo a los gobiernos una oportunidad apropiada para responder a las denuncias que le hayan sido transmitidas y figuren en su informe, y a que recoja sus observaciones en el informe que presente a la Comisión;
