The present invention relates to a round and polyhedral segment solar energy and wind power generation system in which the lighting time increases in correspondence with the shade of a shadow, thereby improving solar energy generation efficiency, and wind resistance decreases to increase wind density and the rotation rate of a blade, thereby improving wind power generation efficiency.
