وتنص ”استراتيجة إنعاش اليابان – اليابان عادت“ (يشار إليها فيما يلي باستراتيجية إنعاش اليابان)، التي أقرها مجلس الوزراء في ضوء ما سبق في حزيران/يونيه 2013، على أن الجزء الأساسي من استراتيجية النمو يتمثل في تمكين المرأة من المشاركة مشاركة فعلية في المجتمع من خلال توظيف قدراتها الكبيرة الكامنة بشكل كاف.

It is also stated in the “Japan Revitalization Strategy — JAPAN is BACK” (hereinafter referred to as the Japan Revitalization Strategy), decided by the Cabinet in light of the above in June 2013, that the core part of the growth strategy is to make it possible for women to actively participate in society by sufficiently employing their sizable dormant abilities.
