(10) Terminalerne bør med det formål at forbedre samarbejde og kommunikation med skibsførerne om lastning og losning af fast bulklast udpege en terminalrepræsentant, der har ansvaret for lastning og losning i terminalen, og stille informationshæfter med terminalens og havnens krav til rådighed for skibsførerne, jf. bestemmelserne i BLU-koden.

(10) Terminals should, in the interests of enhancing cooperation and communication with the ship's master on matters relating to the loading and unloading of solid bulk cargoes, appoint a terminal representative responsible for such operations in the terminal and make information books with the terminal's and port's requirements available to the masters. There are, for this purpose, provisions in the BLU Code.

(10) Las terminales, al objeto de mejorar la cooperación y comunicación con el capitán del buque acerca de cuestiones relacionadas con el embarque y desembarque de cargas sólidas a granel, deben designar a un representante de la terminal, responsable de dichas operaciones en la terminal, y facilitar a los capitanes unos cuadernillos de información con los requisitos de la terminal y del puerto, para cuyo fin existen unas disposiciones en el Código BLU.

(10) Voor een betere samenwerking en communicatie met de kapitein van het schip betreffende aangelegenheden in verband met laden en lossen van vaste bulklading dienen de terminals een terminalvertegenwoordiger aan te stellen die verantwoordelijk is voor dergelijke verrichtingen in de terminal, en de kapiteins handleidingen met informatie over de terminal- en havenvoorschriften ter beschikking te stellen; daartoe zijn in de BLU-code bepalingen opgenomen.
