Вместе c тем Беларусь беспокоит формирование опасного для будущего Организации Объединенных Наций и международного мира образа действий по наиболее острым вопросам: Совет Безопасности и Организацию Объединенных Наций игнорируют, когда предпринимаются несанкционированные военные действия, и привлекают потом, когда без их авторитета, опыта и ресурсов не обойтись для построения мирной жизни.
