In paragraph 104 of its report, the Board recommended that the Office of Human Resources Management expedite the progress and resolution of disciplinary cases and develop a centralized monitoring system to track the number of ongoing investigations of alleged misconduct from the stage when a complaint is formally lodged or recommended by the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS).
