ولم تقدم الدولة الطرف أي مبرر لعزوفها عن اتخاذ إجراءات بخصوص التهديدات التي وجهت إلى صاحب الشكوى منذ عام 2009، وما تلاها من أعمال عنف مارسها ضده المفتش العام في كانون الثاني/يناير 2011.

The State party has provided no justification for its failure to take action in respect of the threats made against the complainant from 2009, followed by acts of violence committed against him by the Inspector General in January 2011.
