ويحق للدائن الذي لـه حق منافس في الممتلكات غير المنقولة ولكن له أولوية أدنى مرتبة أن يسدّد كامل مبلغ الالتزام المكفول بالحق الضماني للدائن المضمون المنفذ في الملحقات.

A creditor with a competing right in immovable property that has lower priority is entitled to pay off the obligation secured by the security right of the enforcing secured creditor in the attachment.

En caso de tal tipo de ejecución, un acreedor que tenga un derecho concurrente sobre un bien inmueble con un grado inferior de prelación tendrá derecho a liquidar la obligación respaldada por una garantía real del acreedor garantizado ejecutante sobre el bien incorporado.
