وفيما يتعلق بتعريف التمييز الوارد في قانون المساواة بين الجنسين في مجال العمالة، قالت إنه يغطي كلا من مظاهر التمييز المباشرة وغير المباشرة في أماكن العمل، وتناظره أحكام مماثلة في الأجزاء الأخرى للتشريعات الكورية، بما في ذلك الدستور.

As for the definition of discrimination contained in the Equal Employment Act, it covered both its direct and indirect manifestations in the workplace and was matched by similar provisions in other parts of Korean legislation, including the Constitution.
