For the first time, today’s resolution also recalls that, in keeping with Article 5 of the Charter of the United Nations, if the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea continues on its current path, systematically and flagrantly violating its Charter obligations, it could see some or all of its rights and privileges here at the United Nations suspended.
