In the case of vehicles equipped with positive-ignition engines, a declaration by the manufacturer of the minimum percentage of misfires out of a total number of firing events that would either result in emissions exceeding the limits given in paragraph 3.3.2. of Annex 11 to this Regulation, if that percentage of misfire had been present from the start of a Type I test as described in Annex 4a to this Regulation, or that could lead to an exhaust catalyst, or catalysts, overheating prior to causing irreversible damage;

Dans le cas d’un véhicule équipé d’un moteur à allumage commandé, une déclaration du constructeur relative au pourcentage minimum de ratés d’allumage par rapport à un nombre total d’événements d’allumage, qui entraînerait un dépassement des limites d’émission indiquées au paragraphe 3.3.2 de l’annexe 11 du présent Règlement, si ce pourcentage de ratés existait dès le commencement d’un essai du type I, tel que décrit à l’annexe 4a du présent Règlement, ou qui pourrait entraîner la surchauffe d’un ou de plusieurs catalyseurs, ce qui provoquerait des dommages irréversibles;

если транспортные средства оборудованы двигателем с принудительным зажиганием − сообщение изготовителя с указанием процентной доли пропусков зажигания в общем числе попыток зажигания, которые могут привести к превышению предельных уровней выбросов, указанных в пункте 3.3.2 приложения 11 к настоящим Правилам, если эта процентная доля пропусков зажигания была отмечена в начале испытания типа I, описанного в приложении 4а к настоящим Правилам, и если она может привести к перегреву нейтрализатора или нейтрализаторов отработавших газов и последующему повреждению, которое не подлежит ремонту;
