فبمقتضى الفقرة 1، يكون القانون المنطبق على مسألة ما إذا كان الدائن المضمون يكتسب تلقائيا حقًّا ضمانيًّا في حق تقاضي أموال مودعة في حساب مصرفي باعتبارها من عائدات المخزون المرهون الأصلي هو القانون المنطبق في مكان وجود المخزون.

Under paragraph 1, the law applicable to the question of whether the secured creditor automatically acquires a security right in the right to payment of the funds credited to the bank account as proceeds of the original encumbered inventory will be the law of the location of the inventory.
