The Deputy Parliamentary Ombudsman was of the opinion that the materialization of the rights of children with disabilities is not the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians only. She asked the authorities to pay attention to the preparation and monitoring of rehabilitation and education to make sure that they are carried out in compliance with the law
