The intracellular thiosulfate oxidase was purified 139 to 170-fold by a procedure which included MnCl2 precipitation, treatment with calcium phosphate gel, and successive column chromatography on diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) Sephadex and Sephadex G-150, respectively.
