On the basis of the guarantee given by the Land of Saxony on the EUR 24,875 million loan, the Biria group drew up a new plan for the financing of its business in the medium term. The new financing plan provided for a significant adjustment of the interest rates it was paying, and thus a reduction of its heavy interest burden.
