(2) Die EUTM Somalia hat das Recht auf uneingeschränkte Kommunikation durch Funk (einschließlich Satellitenfunk, Mobilfunk oder Handfunk), Telefon, Fernschreiber, Telefax oder andere Mittel sowie das Recht, die erforderliche Ausrüstung zur Aufrechterhaltung einer solchen Kommunikation innerhalb der und zwischen den Einrichtungen der EUTM Somalia zu installieren, einschließlich des Rechts auf Verlegung von Kabeln und Erdleitungen für die Zwecke der Mission.

2. EUTM Somalia shall enjoy the right to unrestricted communication by radio (including satellite, mobile and hand-held radio), telephone, telegraph, facsimile and other means, as well as the right to install the equipment necessary for the maintenance of such communications within and between EUTM Somalia facilities, including the laying of cables and land lines for the purpose of the mission.
