The Senegalese authorities have established statutory guarantees for the Senegalese Human Rights Committee, in compliance with General Assembly resolution 48/134 on national institutions for the promotion and protection of human rights, adopted at its forty-eighth session on 20 December 1993, and with the declaration made at the first African Conference of National Human Rights Institutions, held at Yaoundé from 5 to 7 February 1996.

Como continuación a la resolución 48/134 de 20 de diciembre de 1993 relativa a las instituciones nacionales para la promoción y protección de los derechos humanos, aprobada por la Asamblea General en su cuadragésimo octavo período de sesiones y a la Declaración hecha en la Primera Conferencia Africana de Instituciones Nacionales de Derechos Humanos, celebrada en Yaundé del 5 al 7 de febrero de 1996, las autoridades senegalesas han concedido garantías estatutarias al Comité Senegalés de Derechos Humanos.

Faisant suite à la résolution 48/134 du 20 décembre 1993 relative aux institutions nationales pour la promotion et la protection des droits de l'homme, adoptée par l’Assemblée générale à sa quarante‐huitième session, et à la déclaration faite à la première Conférence africaine des institutions nationales des droits de l’homme, tenue à Yaoundé du 5 au 7 février 1996, les autorités sénégalaises ont accordé au Comité sénégalais des droits de l'homme des garanties statutaires.

Во исполнение резолюции 48/134 от 20 декабря 1993 года о национальных учреждениях, занимающихся поощрением и защитой прав человека, которая была принята Генеральной Ассамблеей на ее сорок восьмой сессии, и в соответствии с заявлением, сделанным на первой Африканской конференции национальных правозащитных учреждений, состоявшейся в Яунде 5-7 февраля 1996 года, власти Сенегала наделили Сенегальский комитет по правам человека соответствующими полномочиями.
