Where tank wagons have been refilled without having been previously cleaned out, the consignment note shall show, as total weight of goods carried, the sum of the weight of the new load and of the residual load, which will be the same as the gross weight of the tank wagon, less its registered unladen weight

Per il trasporto di carri cisterna che sono stati riempiti allo stato non ripulito, si deve indicare nella lettera di vettura, come massa della merce, la somma ottenuta addizionando la massa di riempimento e il resto del riempimento, la quale corrisponde alla massa totale del carro cisterna riempito dedotta la tara scritta
