وذَكر أن وفده يؤكّد على أهمية الالتزامات التي تم التعهُّد بها في برنامج فيينا للعمل من أجل البلدان النامية غير الساحلية فيما يتصل بالبنى الأساسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وخاصة ما يتعلق بالحدّ من التكاليف التجارية المرتفعة، وتيسير سُبل التجارة وزيادة التنافسية والإنتاجية، ومشاركة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التجارة الدولية، إضافة إلى توسيع الأسواق وتحقيق التكامل بين الأسواق الإقليمية والأٍسواق العالمية وسلاسل القيمة، وتنمية قطاع الخدمات وتعزيز شراكات القطاعين العام والخاص ثم تحسين أساليب الحوكمة والاضطلاع بالمسؤولية والشفافية في البلدان النامية غير الساحلية.

His delegation stressed the importance of the commitments made in the Vienna Programme of Action for Landlocked Developing Countries related to ICT infrastructure, especially the reduction of high trade costs, trade facilitation, increased competitiveness and productivity, the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in international trade, market expansion, the integration of regional and global markets and value chains, the development of the service sector, the promotion of public-private partnerships, and improved governance, responsibility and transparency in landlocked developing countries.

Sa délégation souligne l’importance des engagements pris dans le cadre du Programme d’action de Vienne en faveur des pays en développement sans littoral en matière d’infrastructures des TIC, en particulier la réduction des coûts commerciaux élevés, la facilitation des échanges, l’augmentation de la compétitivité et de la productivité, la participation des petites et moyennes entreprises au commerce international, l’expansion des marchés, l’intégration des marchés régionaux et mondiaux et des chaînes de valeur, le développement du secteur des services, la promotion des partenariats public-privé et l’amélioration de la gouvernance, la responsabilité et la transparence dans les pays en développement sans littoral.
