2.1 The purpose of this agreement is to establish a cooperation framework between Canada and Alberta for 2006-2007 to support the construction and renovation of cultural and community facilities within the Saint-Thomas Health Centre in Edmonton, as described in Schedules 2 and 3 of this agreement.
