ولاحظت اللجنة في هذا المقام أن الحق في حرية تكوين الجمعيات لا يتعلق بالحق في إنشاء جمعية فقط، بل يكفل حق أعضائها في حرية مزاولة أنشطتها المنصوص عليها في قانونها الأساسي.

In this regard, the Committee observed that the right to freedom of association relates not only to the right to form an association, but also guarantees the right of its members freely to carry out statutory activities of the association.

A ese respecto, el Comité observó que el derecho a la libertad de asociación no se refiere solo al derecho a formar una asociación, sino que garantiza también el derecho de sus miembros a realizar libremente las actividades contempladas en sus estatutos.

À ce propos, le Comité a fait observer que le droit de s’associer librement ne comprenait pas uniquement le droit de créer une association mais garantissait aussi le droit des membres de cette association de mener librement les activités statutaires de l’organisation.
