Where the conditions described in subsection 66(12.66) are met, the corporation may renounce in January, February or March of a particular calendar year, effective as of the end of the preceding calendar year, the expenses described in subsection 66(12.66) that the corporation has incurred, or plans to incur, in the particular year.
